The Hillyard Neighborhood Council is here to improve quality of life and protect what makes our neighborhood special.

We represent the community by sharing ideas and recommendations with City Council, the Community Assembly, and city departments. We work with partners to identify neighborhood priorities, support projects, and advocate for improvements that benefit residents. The Council also helps lead community projects and secure funding for local initiatives and activities.

We welcome all residents, businesses, and community members to join us. Come share your voice, connect with neighbors, and help shape the future of Hillyard—a place built on pride, people, and community.
